This course is addressing a structured way of running
projects where timeboxing is essential. The timeboxes are structured in a
manner where object oriented analysis and design is an integral part of the
timeboxes. The approach is based on the theory which has been used by Peter
Coad in his development process for Java Modeling Colour with UML. The
benefit of this approach is fast planning and easy project tracking
reporting.
Prerequisites
This course is suitable for Project Managers,
Software Architects and Senior Developers, and requires experience within
software development.
