This course covers the various project management aspects of
running a DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method) project. Delegates will
be expected to have a knowledge and experience of project management. This
experience may have been gained in a business or IT environment. The
course is aimed at project managers with knowledge of DSDM who need to
understand and apply the DSDM Project Management philosophy. In particular
it highlights the differences from traditional project management.
Prerequisites
Delegates should have attended either
DSDM Practitioner or
DSDM Awareness course before attending.
